  4. ⚠ Important Order Confirmation & Delivery Charge Policy

  5. To prevent fake or fraudulent orders:

    • Every order will be verified through a confirmation phone call from our team.

    • Orders will not be processed without successful phone confirmation.

    • Delivery charges must be paid in advance at the time of confirmation.

    • If the customer fails to answer the confirmation call within 48 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.

    • Shanvi Flutes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any suspicious order without explanation.

    1. Order Process

    1. Customer places an order on the website.

    2. Our team calls for confirmation.

    3. Delivery charge is collected (if applicable).

    4. Order is processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.

    7. No order will be shipped without confirmation.

    2. Products

    • All flutes are 100% handcrafted in Assam, Northeast India.

    • Due to the handmade nature, minor variations in color, size, finish, or texture are natural.

    • These variations do not qualify as defects.

    8. 3. Customization Policy

    For tuning or customization:

    • Customers must contact us through the WhatsApp button on the website.

    • Custom orders are made specifically for the customer.

    • Customized flutes are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged during transit.

    9. 4. Pricing & Payments

    • All prices are in INR.

    • Full product payment must be completed before dispatch.

    • Delivery charges are paid separately during phone confirmation.

    • We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

    10. 5. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

    • If cancellation is requested after confirmation and delivery charge payment, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

    • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

    11. Repeated fake orders or refusal to accept delivery may result in permanent blocking of the customer.

    6. Returns & Refund Policy

    Returns are accepted only if:

    • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

    • The product is unused and in original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase is provided.

    12. Non-Returnable Items

    • Customized or specially tuned flutes.

    • Sale or discounted items.

    • Products damaged due to misuse, moisture, or mishandling.

    13. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

    Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

    7. Damaged Products

    If the product arrives damaged:

    • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Provide clear photos and an unboxing video.

    • Without video proof, claims may be rejected.

    14. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All website content, including logo, images, product descriptions, and branding, belongs to Shanvi Flutes.

    Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or resale of our content is strictly prohibited.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Shanvi Flutes is not liable for:

    • Damage caused after delivery.

    • Improper storage or maintenance.

    • Delays caused by courier or natural events.

    15. Maximum liability is limited to the product purchase price.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

    Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Assam, India.
