To prevent fake or fraudulent orders:
Every order will be verified through a confirmation phone call from our team.
Orders will not be processed without successful phone confirmation.
Delivery charges must be paid in advance at the time of confirmation.
If the customer fails to answer the confirmation call within 48 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Shanvi Flutes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any suspicious order without explanation.

Our team calls for confirmation.
Delivery charge is collected (if applicable).
Order is processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
All flutes are 100% handcrafted in Assam, Northeast India.
Due to the handmade nature, minor variations in color, size, finish, or texture are natural.
These variations do not qualify as defects.
Customers must contact us through the WhatsApp button on the website.
Custom orders are made specifically for the customer.
Customized flutes are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged during transit.
All prices are in INR.
Full product payment must be completed before dispatch.
Delivery charges are paid separately during phone confirmation.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
If cancellation is requested after confirmation and delivery charge payment, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
